Cancellation Policy

⛳ Mobile Golf Partee - Refund Policy By booking with Mobile Golf Par-Tee, the client agrees to provide the necessary accommodations for the event, including adequate space for setup and access to a standard power source. Specific space and setup requirements will be communicated prior to the event and must be met to ensure safe and proper operation of the simulator. Once a booking is confirmed, a deposit is required to secure the event date and time. The remaining balance is due prior to or on the day of the event, as agreed upon during booking. In the event of severe or unsafe weather conditions, Mobile Golf Par-Tee reserves the right to cancel the event to protect guests, staff, and equipment. If the event is canceled due to weather, the deposit will be fully refunded, unless the client chooses to reschedule, in which case the deposit will be applied to the new date (subject to availability). The client is responsible for any damage to equipment caused by misuse, negligence, or destructive behavior beyond normal and intended use. This includes, but is not limited to, improper use of golf clubs, striking non-designated areas, or tampering with equipment. Any repair or replacement costs resulting from such damage will be the responsibility of the individual or booking party. By proceeding with a booking, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
